Pat Miller. As President of Mission Possible, Inc,
an Atlanta-based executive coaching and consulting firm, Pat Miller has worked extensively
in change management, organizational growth and development, and leadership development
and coaching in a variety of industries: high-technology, healthcare, manufacturing,
consulting, training, and non-profit. A certified coach, trainer and mediator, Miller is
also certified in the use of numerous assessment tools.
With Pat’s diverse, well-rounded background in executive sales, marketing and
operations management, Mission Possible, Inc., was launched to provide a uniquely
wholistic and integrated approach to coaching, consulting, training and mediation.
Miller has successfully completed a variety of coaching and consulting assignments with
corporations including Bank of America, BellSouth, MARTA, Computer Associates, Michelin,
Westinghouse, Sherwin-Williams, Digital Equipment Corporation, American Standard, AT&T
and Lucent Technology.
Her growing roster of small, start-up and mid-size operations includes Allured
Publishing, Baptist Memorial Hospital, Clinaudits, G-Force, Umbrellas Plus, Hands On
Atlanta and The Non-Profit Resource Center.
Miller is a certified coach, holds an MBA from Northeastern University and is a
well-known speaker and writer on business, leadership, purpose, transition and coaching
topics. In addition, she teaches courses in Executive Development, Coaching Skills, Team
Development, Competitive Strategy Development and Leadership. Miller is a faculty member
of Coach University and Corporate Coach University. She is also active in a number of
international professional associations including ICF, PCMA, IMC, ASTD and the AMA.
